Here’s how you turn your thank you card into a plant!

4 simple steps

Our thank-you cards are made of biodegradable eco paper, and are ingrained with plantable seeds! When you plant your card in a pot, the seeds begin to grow and paper gets degraded in. You can enjoy your beautiful herbs or flowers or veggies without leaving behind any kind of waste!

How do you plant your paper?

1. Get your pot ready

Fill 2/3rds of your pot with some good planting soil, make sure the solid is firm but not tightly packed down. You can now place your pot indoors or outdoors wherever you like depending on the weather. We recommend you to plant it indoors if you experience harsh weather conditions.

2. Plant your paper

Place your paper in the pot and cover it with a ⅛  inch layer of soil and tap down the soil gently. You can allow some paper pieces to peek through the soil but make sure majority of the paper is carefully covered

3. Water your pot

Once you are done planting the paper, water your pot to make sure it’s damp but not completely dripping wet. For the first 10 days make sure the paper bits are moist all the time. The water is absolutely necessary for germination.

4. Caring for your new plant

Once you can notice the sprouts, it is necessary to keep the paper damp but be careful not to overwater. You should soon see  sturdy plant growing, you can then water as needed.

Enjoy your new plant in its original pot or you can place it in your favourite vase.
