Erario is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order.

7- days Return Policy:

Diamond and Gemstone Studded/ Gold/ Platinum/ Preset Solitaire Jewellery

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.

How to Initiate the Refund Process?

  1. Customers should contact Erario customer support on 7718988889  or write to  customercare@Erario.co.inwithin 7 days from the receipt of product.
    2. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us about the same.
    3. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
    4. Provide the invoice/guarantee card into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
    5. In case of jewellery product, our customer care will call the customer for confirmation on the serial number of the orange lock provided with the jewellery box. Return process for jewellery products cannot be initiated without confirmation of the lock serial number.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Refund:

We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).

In case the customer pays online then amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at our office.

How to Initiate the Refund Process?

    2. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us about the same.

    5. In case of jewellery product, our customer care will call the customer for confirmation on the serial number of the orange lock provided with the jewellery box. Return process for jewellery products cannot be initiated without confirmation of the lock serial number.

Refund:

Money-Back, Buyback & Exchanges:

  • Customised Jewellery (including personalised/ engraved products) is not eligible for a 7 Day Money-Back or a 7 Day Exchange. Lifetime Exchange and Buyback are applicable.
  • Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it.
  • Any item that shows sign of wear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 7 Day Money-Back.
  • The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/ copy of the invoice for all exchange within the 7 Day Money-Back period.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/ jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.
  • The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  • In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the BuyBack / Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  • If the discount was on making charges, the discount will not be deducted while arriving at the Lifetime Exchange (LTE) value.
  • If the discount was on the gold value or diamond value then the entire discount will be deducted while arriving at the LTE value.
  • In case of a refund on 7 Day Money-Back, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 7 to 15 days of receipt of the product. If the mode of the payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
  • Erario reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
  • 7 Day Money-Back is not applicable on a product purchased in exchange of gold coins (7 day exchange at 100% of the invoice value is still applicable).
  • Lifetime Exchange and Buyback values are calculated excluding the making charges and taxes.
  • Any new product purchased against LTE value or Old Gold Exchange Credit will be eligible for 100% exchange (7 days), LTE and Buyback but not eligible for 7 day money-back.
  • You can exchange your design within 7 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the design the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.
  • 7 Day Money-Back is not applicable on orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 7 Day Exchange Policy.

  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, the payment of the same shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 7-15 days of dispatch of the resized product.
  • If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair / replace the product for charges which would be determined by the company on a case to case basis.
  • Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
